HOW TO COP WITH TIRED FEET

A long day of tiredness, or staying inactive on your feet for too long can hinder good circulation and cause pain in your feet and legs. For this, there is nothing as good as hydrotherapy.
In the evening: Use a footbath or take warm water in bath tub  to relax your foot and put some salt in it, we can have essential oils also
We can put pebble in water for lot of persprition .
 Finish off by giving your foot circulation a boost with a Scottish shower.
 Relax your feet by rolling a tennis ball round in small circles, or a ridged bottle of water.
Flip flops feet to promote circulation to give massage to feet.
Acupuncture is also benefit fir tired feet . It is a traditional threpy.
Someone can massage your feet . Just use simple strokes, imagining that you are pushing away the soreness.
