Domestic Herbal Treatment

Herbal medicine has its origins in ancient cultures including those of the Egyptians, American Indians and Chinese. It involves the medicinal use of plants to treat disease and enhance general health and well-being. Some herbs have potent ingredients and should be treated with the same care and respect as pharmaceutical drugs. In fact, many pharmaceutical drugs are based on the synthesized versions of naturally occurring compounds found in plants. For instance, the heart drug digitalis was derived from the herb foxglove. In recent years, interest in herbal medicine has skyrocketed, leading to a greater scientific interest in the medicinal use of plants. Many international studies have shown that plants are capable of treating disease and improving health, often without any significant side effects.

1. Acidity
a. Drink Coconut Water before Breakfast
b.Take one clove after meal
c. Drink juice of carrot
d.Mix sugar candy in radish juice and drink
e.Take 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon in morning
f.  Take Lime juice 2 times a day

2. Acne
a. Apply Coconut water on Face 3 times a day.
b.Take 2 piece of black pepper with water in morning
c. Apply Cucumber and Tomato juice and Rose water in morning
d.Drink water with Honey in morning

3. Anemia
a. Drink apple juice before meal
b.Drink Banana Shake
c. Soak 4 black raisins in water overnight and Eat it early in morning
d.Eat fresh Radish in early in Morning
e.Take juice of beet and Carrot

4. Arthritis
a. Take Lemon juice for Joints pain
b.Apply mustard oil affected joints
c. Heat Oak plant leaf and Bind it on the joints

5. Asthma
a. Take 6-7 fried black peppers 3 times a day.

6. Bad Breath
a. Wash mouth with neem water
b.Gargles with Fenugreek seed soak overnight in water
c. Take lime water as much as you can

7. Bleeding Gums
a. Chew fresh mints leaves for 3 minutes everyday
b.Gargles with Salt and Turmeric powder
8. High BP
a. Eat apple in morning
b.Drink Coconut water, butter milk and Coarider Juice
c. Take Half cup pumpkin juice for 1 week

9. Low BP
a. Eat Pumpkin pudding daily.
b.Take Glucose Water.
c. Take Mixture of one teaspoon of Lemon juice and Salt immediately raises your BP level

10. Cold and Cough
a. Take Basil juice with Honey
b.Take honey with Few drops of Ginger
c. Mix one pinch of turmeric and black pepper with 1cup of milk at night

11. Constipation
a. Eat 7-8 Black raisins with 1 fig
b.Soak 6-8 dates in cup of water in overnight and then drink it in morning

12. Cough Dry
a. Drink hot milk with turmeric powder
b.Drink hot water at night
c. 2 pieces black pepper with hot water

13. Diabetes
a. Take coriander juice 2 times a day
b.Take Tomato juice and Lauki Juice
c. Eat 10 curry leaves in morning
d.Drink Bitter gourd juice half cup daily

14. Gas
a. Drink lime water mix with salt
b.Mix the Bishop’s seed in bread
c. Eat Brinjal/ Egg Plant
d.Keep cardamom in mouth and take long time to eat

15. Headache
a. Apply hot lemon juice on scalp and massage well
b.In case of Migraine, put 4 drops of lemon juice on the opposite nostril of the side of head aching.

16. Menstrual Disorder
a. Take dry fruits and nuts
b.Take neem  / mint leaves
c. Half tsp of grounded cinnamon every night with one cup of milk.
