Moroccan Style Chickpea Soup

Ingredient :
1. Finely chopped carrots
2. Blanch Tomatoes Puree
3. Coconut Milk
4. Celery
5. Coriander Leaves
6. Thyme
7. Parsley
8. chopped onion
9. Chopped Garlic
10. Cinnamon powder
11. Vegetable oil/olive oil
12. Boiled Chickpea
13. Salt to taste
Recipe:
1. Heat oil in saucepan.
2. Add Garlic, stir till golden brown
3. Add onion and carrots.
4. Put celery, coriander, thyme and parsley
5. Stir for a while.
6. Now add tomatoes puree
7. Stir and add water, salt and cinnamon
8. Cook it for 40-45 mins
9. Add boiled chickpeas and coconut milk.
10. Stir and Serve Hot.
