Grain are of low glycaemic index values they are digested slowly and control blood sugar. Cereals like muesli oats and flakes are good choice.

Small sizes somtimes gives more crabs. Eating crabs with lean protein will lower the glycaemic response and keep you fuller for longer.

Legumes, spinach ,cabbage and  chickpeas, beans and lentils, have low GI as well as fiber and protein.  Go with fruit .Fruits are healthy and load with crabs and calories. Eat 2-3 pieces a day.

Its not true that more workout give you better results.smart exercise always better than long period exercise. Spending too much time in the gym is actually bad for your body because your body will produce excess stress hormones which will hinder the recovery process.
