PREPARATION TIME :30 MINUTES

STEP ONE: PREPARING FILLING
1. 1 tsp oil
2.1/2 tsp mustered seeds
3.1 chili finally chopped
4.6-8 curry leaves
5.1 tsp ginger
6.1 potato
7.1 carrot
8.1 cup cabbage grated
9.salt acc to taste
1.Heat oil in pan
2.add mustered seeds and when they begin to splutter add add the chili, curry
leaves,ginger,and hing
3.mix in the vegetables and salt ,stir dry until the mixture holds together
4.allow to cool
STEP TWO :PREPARING DOUGH
1.2 cups flour
2.1 tsp turmeric powder
3.1 tsp salt
4.1 tsp coriander finely chopped
5.2 tsp butter
6.1/2 cup water
preparation:
1. sift the flour ,salt,turmeric together
2.mix in the coriander and rb in the butter
3.sift sought with water
4.on the lightly floured surface roll out dough into about large 30 cm by 40 cm
rectangle
5.spread the filling evenly on top
6.roll into a long Swiss roll and cut into 16 discs
7.gently press each disc with the palms to flatten them slightly
8.deep fry in until golden brown and crisp
9.drain well
