Bol Renversé (Reverse Bowl)- up side down

Bol Renversé (Reverse Bowl)



Ingredients:
1. Soaked Nutri or Soya Chunks
2. Roughly chopped Cabbage
3. Green peas
4. Parsley
5. Colored Bell Pepper or Capsicum
6. Chopped Carrot
7. Chopped ginger and Garlic
8. Chopped spring onions
9. Chopped bok choy leaves.
10. Boiled rice - starch free. (will upload it soon).
11. Oyster Flavored Sauce
12. Tomato Ketchup
13. Olive oil and Salt to taste.


Recipe;

1. Add olive oil in a pan
2. add chopped ginger and garlic
3. Saute till golden brown
4. Add all the ingredients one by one (soaked soya chunks, bell pepper, cabbage, parsley, green peas, bok choy leaves, spring onions and green chilles.
5. Saute till half cooked.
6. Add salt according to taste
7. Add oyster flavored sauce and tomato ketchup.
8. Add little bit of warm water.
9. Saute for 2 mins.

Plating:

1. Take bowl.
2. add the cooked veggies and fill it half.
3. Add boiled rice in other half.
4. Cover it with plate.
5. Reverse the plate with bowl.
6. Remove the bowl slowly.
7. Garnish with Spring Onions and serve hot.
