1 small eggplant cut into cubes

few green beans
1 potato
1 small pineapple
1 small green pepper
100 gram yogurt
1/4 cup blanched almonds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 chili
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt acc to taste
1 tbs tamarind
1/2 water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp coriander
RECIPE
1.separately deep fry all vegetables and fruit until soft
2.make whey from curd by deep fry it
3.deep fry almonds
4.In another pan take 1tsp of oil and fry cumin ,chilli and ginger
5.fold the vegetables,fruits ,nuts,curd,turmeric powder and salt .
6.add tamarind water along with sugar simmer on heat for 5 mts.
7.garnish with coriander
