Soya Chunks with Potato

The big question for all ladies that what to make, then only this super easy dish comes in mind which is  Soya chunks and  always available at home .This is low fat and healthy as well.perfectly goes with chapaties ,poories and nan etc.

INGREDIENTS

1. Soaked soya chunks -1 cup
2. Potatoes -1cup
3. Onion finely chopped - 2
4. Ginger garlic paste with green chilli -1 tsp
5. Salt - as per taste
6. Garam masla -1 tsp
7. Tomato puree- 1/2 cup
8. Cilantro OR coriander leaves few
9. Oil- 2 tbsp
10.Turmeric powder
11. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp


METHOD WITH PICTURES 


1. Soaked soya for 10 minutes And chopped potatoes .














2. Put oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and let it cracked
3. Put onion cook it half and add ginger and garlic paste with chilies. Saute it till brown
4. Add  tomatoes puree, turmeric powder ,salt and garam masla












3.Now add soya and aloo in this masla  and saute it for 5-7 minutes .











4.Put water and cover it for 10 minutes











10 . Now open the lid and checked aloo and nutri is well cooked . If not then cook it for another five minutes .Garnish with cilantro and coriander leaves .






















HEALTH BENEFITS OF SOYA

Soya is packed with protein , vitamin, fibers and minerals. Protein present in soya more then protein present in eggs.
