INGREDIENTS
1. Soaked soya chunks -1 cup2. Potatoes -1cup
3. Onion finely chopped - 2
4. Ginger garlic paste with green chilli -1 tsp
5. Salt - as per taste
6. Garam masla -1 tsp
7. Tomato puree- 1/2 cup
8. Cilantro OR coriander leaves few
9. Oil- 2 tbsp
10.Turmeric powder
11. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
METHOD WITH PICTURES
1. Soaked soya for 10 minutes And chopped potatoes .
2. Put oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and let it cracked
3. Put onion cook it half and add ginger and garlic paste with chilies. Saute it till brown
4. Add tomatoes puree, turmeric powder ,salt and garam masla
3.Now add soya and aloo in this masla and saute it for 5-7 minutes .
4.Put water and cover it for 10 minutes
10 . Now open the lid and checked aloo and nutri is well cooked . If not then cook it for another five minutes .Garnish with cilantro and coriander leaves .
