Girls who are fond off dance arel ess likely to stress, fatigues and headaches, and healthy in their mental health and self esteem.Dancing also brings greater poise and capacity to deal with daily problems. The results indicated that the girls in the dance group despite all the challenges entailed by being a teenage  girl, increased their self-esteem compared with the group. The positive results shows after seven to eight months .



Girls in the dance group feels that the dance is major key to eliminate stress by release stress hormones with the music .This is also lead to a more healthy lifestyle in girls life by achieving healthy figure because  now days fat also create stress and tension.
