Ingredients
3 tsp olive oil1/4 green pepper cut into thin strips
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1 tsp oregano
1/4 olives sliced into halves
4 tomatoes blanched and peeled
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 packet spaghetti boiled in 2 liters salted water and drain
2 tbsp italian tamato sauce ( you can put normal tamato kethup too)
Recipe
1. Heat olive oil in a heavy based saucepan
2. Add green pepper and cabbage ,saute it until soft .
3. Add oregano,olives and tomatoes.
4. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are well cooked
5. Put spaghetti and fold in the salt ,sugar and Italian sauce .
6. Spaghetti is ready serve hot .
