Cheese Chilli In Tomato Ketup



A delicious  indo Chinese recipe with combination of cottage cheese and capsicum blend with Indian spices .It can be dry as well as with gravy style .

1.200 grams paneer or cottage cheese cut into pcs
2.tsp sugar
3.¾ tbsp soya sauce
4.cumin seeds or jeera
5.½ tbsp chilli sauce
6.2-3 tbs tomato kethup
7.½ tsp vinegar
8. pinche of pepper powder
9.Oil 3 tbs
10.3 medium onion ( ONE IS FOR PASTE AND OTHER TWO CHOPED WITH BELL PEPPER)
11.4 cloves garlic
12.1/2 inch ginger
13.2 bell pepper cut into small pcs
14.2 green chili  (you can udjust the numbers of green chilies as we are using chili sauce also)


Method for cheese chilli

1.Cut and grind one onion ,garlic,ginger,green chilies and put cumin seeds also to make a thick paste .
2.In a heavy bottom pan put oil when its warm add paste of onions ,ginger and garlic. saute it till brown.


3.Now add capsicum with rest of two finely chopped onion .



4.saute till bell papers are cooked (  do not cook bell peppers completely because in chili paneer bell
peppers should be bit raw)

5.Now add salt , chili sauce, ketchup ,black pepper,vinegar .


6.in the end put paneer and cook for 2 minutes only and turn of heat .
7.your chili paneer with ketchup is ready to serve.
