A taco is a traditional Mexican dish composed of a corn or wheat tortilla folded or rolled around a filling. A taco can be made with a variety of fillings, including chicken, seafood, vegetables and cheese, allowing for great versatility and variety.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups wholewheat flour
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of yellow food colour
- 2 tsp oil
- 3/4 cup water
RECIPE
1. stir the flour, salt and food colour together.
2. rub in the oil and add enough water to form a soft dough.
3. divide dough in 12 balls.
4. roll out on slightly floured surface into about 10 cm rounds.
5. shallow fry on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
6. drain well.
7. For filling, choose any including chicken, seafood, vegetables with cheese. Try your own fillings.
