Orange Smoothie

Smoothies are healthy choice for breakfast . In smoothie we use whole fruit instead of juice in the form of pulp which is rich in fiber.


Ingredients
1. Medium sized oranges-2
2. Chopped ginger-1/4 inch 
3. Ice cubes -4 cubes 
4. Water -1 cup
5. Mint leaves -few



Method for orange smoothie

1. Peel oranges and section it one by one to remove seeds.
2. Put oranges ,chopped ginger and mint leaves in a blender.
3. Blend ingredients until it is smooth add water little by little .
4. Pour smoothie in glass and put ice cubes  .

Health Benefits Of Smoothies 

Smoothies are great and healthy way to get nutrition . Vitamin C present in oranges protects against immune system, helps in weight loss and skin wrinkles.
