GRANDPA'S BARBEQUE VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS
eggplant-1
ripe papaya -1 small
green pepper -1small
large green chillies-2
salt acc to taste
black pepper-1/4 tsp
olive oli -3tbs
mints fresh -1tbs

method
1.wrap the vegetables in aluminum foil and roast on outdoor fire untill tender
2. peel and mash
3. fold in salt,black pepper olive oil,and mint.
