How to make Soft Chapatis (Indian flatbread)

To prepare soft chapatis. You need to add some basic ingredient found in every kitchen, i.e. Milk. One thumb-rule is the more you knead, the smoother the dough will become, and smoother is dough, softer the chapatis. Another secret is to add some milk while preparing dough or use only milk instead of water. When you're done kneading the dough and it is smooth, wet your hand with water and run it all over the surface of the ball of dough.

Whole wheat chapatis which are rich in fiber.
