KIDS FRINDLY SANDVICH

HOME MADE SPROUT -1CUP
POTATO-2 NO
CARROT -1/2 NO
ONION-1
OIL-2 TSP
RED CHILI  POWDER-1/4 TSP
CUMIN SEED POWDER-1/4 TSP
LEMON JUICE-1/4 TSP
SALT AS NEEDED
BUTTER TO TOAST THE BREAD
CORIANDER LEAVES-FEW


METHOD:
1.Boil the potatoes and mash this with your hands.
2.Chop the onions and carrots finely.
3.In a pan add oil and saute the onions till golden brown.
4.Add the carrots, sprouts, salt, red chili powder {optional}, cumin seed powder.
5.Add the mashed potatoes and mix together nicely.
6.Switch off the flame and add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
7.In a another pan toast two slices of bread with butter.When this becomes golden brown in color,  arrange it in a plate and spread the filling. Use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture.
8.Keep the other bread on the top of this.
9.cut into triangles or desire shapes.
10 serve with sauce.
