Ingredients
- oil -1tbs
- mustered seeds-1/4 tsp
- cumin seed -1/2 tsp
- fenugreek seeds-1/4 tsp
- ginger paste-1/2 tsp
- garlic paste
- onion paste
- pumpkin - 2 lbs(approx 1 kg)
- peas 1/2 cup boiled
- salt acc to taste
- fresh coriander-1 tsp
- garam masala or curry masala
Recipe
1.heat oil in heavy based pan.
2.add mustered seeds till splutter add cumin seed and fenugreek seed followed by ginger,garlic,and onion paste keep saute till light brown followed by chillii.
3.add pumpkin and salt.
4.keep it on low heat for about 15 minutes until pumpkin is cooked
5.add boiled peas and cook for five minutes and add curry powder before turning off heat
6.garnish with fresh coriander.
