Mix Veggie Stuffed Paratha

North Indian Style Paratha mix with vegetables. It is good for School going children's and pregnant ladies. Good for peoples who need more iron because of green vegetables.



Ingredients:

1. Finely Chopped Carrots
2. Finely Chopped Cabbage
3. Coriander Leaves
4. Fenugreek Leaves
5. Finely Chopped Green Chilles
6. Finely Chopped Onions
7. Vegetable Oil / Olive Oil
8. Carom Seeds
9. Salt to Taste

Recipe:

1. Mix all the Ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add salt to taste

Kneading:

1. In wheat flour, Add carom seeds and fenugreek seeds and salt.
2. Knead it properly.
3. Put it aside for 30 mins to soft.

Making Indian Flat Bread / Chapati / Roti:

1. Make round balls of Kneaded Flour
2. Make flat Chapati and add vegetable mixture in it.
3. Close the chapati from all sides.
4. Again roll the chapati till all sides are thin.
5. Keep using dry flour if necessary to avoid sticking.
6. Put it on flat non-stick pan / Tawa.
7. Turn it on other side and grease it with some oil*.
8. repeat same on other side until both sides are brown and crispy.

*Health Conscious peoples can use olive oil instead.
