Fish oil Miracle


Fish oil is oil derived from the tissues of oily fish. Fish oils contain the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), precursors of certain eicosanoids that are known to reduce inflammation in the body and have other health benefits as follow;

1: Depression
when patients with moderate depression took 1200 mg of a high EPA fish oil, their depression was improved .Omega-3 improves the function of some chemicals (neurotransmitters) in the brain.

2: Arthritis Pain Relief
Omega-3 found in fish oil reduces joint pain and inflammation. If you take Aspirin or Ibuprofen to reduce joint pain, you should add fish oil to your regimen. The body converts Omega-3 into joint-protective compounds. These compounds are called Resolvins and are 10,000 times stronger than the original Omega-3.

3: Weight Loss Support
Fish oil helps with the battle of the bulge 'Yup, it sure does. Omega-3 are not stored as body fat. Omega-3 are put to work right away – they get burned as energy or they get built into our cell walls. So no weight gains with Omega-3. Omega-6 on the other hand, are “slow fats.” They are stored for a rainy day. Stored in your hips, thighs and love handles. Bears load up on Omega-6 fats to plump up before they go into hibernation because Omega-6 fats get stored as body fat.

Very few people take fish oil to maintain healthy blood pressure. But more should. One of the important benefits of fish oil is that the Omega-3 makes your blood vessels less rigid and your arteries open up to transport blood better.

Once again, it’s the Omega-3 to Omega-6 balance that provides the real benefit. Omega-3 is the healing fat of the skin.Too much Omega-6 fats make your skin red, puffy and zitty.
