Oil – 1 tbsp
Black cardamom – 1
Onion – 1 medium roughly chopped
Ginger – ½ inch piece
Garlic -4 clove
Green chili – 2
Salt acc to taste
Tomato puree 1/2 small bowl
Paneer – 200 grams
Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Thin cubes of 1/2 capcicum
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Coriander leaves few finely chopped
How To Make Mashed Paneer gravy (Step By Step Recipe With Pictures )
1) Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. Once hot add roughly chopped . onions ,garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
2) Put hand blender in a pan to make a paste of it
3.) When you get thick past put spices and tomato puree in this paste . Cook till u get oil in sides of your pan
6. Add cube capsicum in the mixture and saute for a 2 minutes
7. Put water into the mixture and cook for 6-8 minutes or till water becomes 1/4 of quantity you added
8. mashed paneer gravy is ready serve it with chapatis or jeera rice
