Colour can make an enormous difference to anyone's appearance. If you have an outfit, you feel good in, and other say how well you look in it. It is probably not only the shape but also the colour that is working to your advantage.

A simple way to test your self for colour is first to hold up a black garment in front of you and then try a brown one which ever one suits u best determine yours basic dark colour. Then do the same with white and cream.

In general terms, if brown and cream suits u best, you should go more for the autumn shades with undertones of yellow. For example,

1. Choose peach rather then bright pinks
2. Choose more yellowy greens rather then blue one
3. Olive should be another suitable choice
4. Mustard colour might suits you too.

If the black and white suits you best, choose clearer more vibrant colours - blues and colours with a blueish undertone for example

1. Choose fuchia or dark pink, both of which have a blueish tone bit not yellow and peach colours
2. Choose greens that have blue tone
3. Red which also have some blue tones should suits you but not orange

These suggestion are of course very general and just give you the basic idea.
