Besan ladoo

Besan ladoos are famous Indian sweet dish mostly prepared during festivals and celebrations.

Cuisine - Indian
Course - Sweet dish 

INGREDIENTS

1.Besan or chickpea flour-2 cups
2.Pure ghee -1/2
3.Cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
4.Powdered sugar - 1 cup
5.Suji- 2tbsp

METHOD -

1. Roast besan and suji toghther in a heavy based vessel  . Do not put ghee on this stage





2. Now add ghee in to the roasted besan .stir well until besan gives sweet aroma or light brown in
colour . You can see the difference in these pictures how besan changes its colour.





3.let it cool bit so that we can handle it properly while making balls 
4.Now add sugar to the roasted besan and stir well . Do not put sugar in hot roasted besan because sugar would leave moisture and there will be difficulty in making balls 
5.Take small portion and make balls .
6.Besan ladoos are ready
