Beetroot smoothie

Smoothies are healthy choice for breakfast . In smoothie we use whole fruit instead of juice in the form of pulp which is rich in fiber.Smoothies are best choice for weight watchers .This smoothies gives you glowing skin and helps to grow hair fast .In short its a natural package to enhance our beauty.






Ingredients 

1. Beetroot - 1 medium
2. Orange-1small
3. Carrot- 1 small
4. Green Apple-1 Small
5. Ginger- 1/4 inch
6. Mint leaves -Few
7. Iced cubes -2-3 (optional)
8. Water - 1 cup 

Method

1.Peel beetroot ,orange ,apple, carrot and ginger .
2.Pluck the leaves from mint stem.
3.Roughly Chop all the ingredients and put it in the blender.
4.Blend it until it is smooth . 
5.Now add water little by little don't make it too liquid .
6. Pour it in to glass and put ice cubes.
