INTRODUCTION
Obesity means accumalation of excessive fat around the body.it is a mother of all diseases like B.P ,high cholestrol,heart attack,diabities,acidity and sextual disorder ect.

CAUSE
over eating ,sleeping during day time,less exercise,fast food,over night parties ,metabolic disorders,heredity ,laziuness,allopathic medication ect

YOGIC TREATMENT
1.surya namaskar
2.paranyama
3.perform surya mudra for 48 mts daily
4.paschimottanasn
5.bhujangasan
6.vajraasana














DIET PLAN
BREAKFAST:one cup fruit juice or any seasonal fruit as orange apple,peaches ect.

LUNCH AND DINNER
1.salad of tomato,cucumber,reddish ,lettuce,carrot,ect with lemon juice.properly chew salad for 15 to 20 minutes .
2.one cup vegetable juice or buttermilk
3.bread or chaatipi should be whole wheat or without oil or butter
4. leafy veggies of any kind
5.pulses (mung ,masur,chana ect)

THE SEVEN DAY PLAN OF FOOD IS NUTRITIVE
1.Drink hot water mixed with lemon in early morning.
2.drink spinach and lemon juice daily
3.drink basil leaves juice daily
4.drink warm water before and after meals but not in between.
5. cabbage and celery salad are good if taken half an hour meals.
6.chew 10 curry leaves early in the morning
7 wheat grass juice is excellent to reduce weight.

*NO CHEATING
*DON'T DRINK WATER WHILE EATING
