Ingredients
1 lb boneless cut into thin strips
2 cup fat-free beef
2 med green peppers cut into sliced
1 1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery
1 cup sliced onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. salt acc to taste
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
1/2 cup water
method
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add beef strips until browned. add all but the last three ingredients and simmer, covered, for 4-8 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix cornstarch with soy sauce and water. Stir into hot mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened.
