SEMOLINA LADOO

Ingredients
  • Semolina- 1 cup
  • Peanuts-1/4 cup
  • Almonds - 20 pcs
  • Pista-10 pcs
  • Pure ghee-1 tbs
  • Sugar-1/2 cup
  • Full cream milk boiled -2 spoons

RECIPE

  1. Take semolina in thick based pan and bake it till little golden brown but should not be burn keep it aside .
  2. In another pan add peanuts almonds and pista braise then until little brown or aroma come.
  3. Then grind semolina and sugar together keep aside ,
  4. grind all the nuts also . 
  5. now in pan take ghee and add mixture of semolina and sugar saute till fragrance comes,
  6. let it cool for 10 minutes.
  7. then mix grinned nuts in it and 
  8. boiled milk to bind the mixture and make medium size balls from it .
  9. We can store it for 15 days in refrigerator and enjoy.
