SILVER CASHEW NUT FUDGE

INGREDIENTS
6 green cardamom pods
250 gms raw unsalted cashew nuts
375 ml boiling water
125 ml sweetened condensed milk
15 gms butter 
few drops of vanilla essence

METHOD
1. remove seeds from cardamom 
2.place seeds and cashew nuts in boiling water
3.grease the square cake pan 
4. drain cashew mixture and place in a food processor along with sweetened condensed milk.process until smooth.
5.melt butter in large fry pan
6. add nut paste and cook for about 20 mints over medium heat,stirring constantly until mixture is very thick.
7.stir in vanilla essence ,then spoon into prepared cake pan.
8.spread evenly and leave to cool completely
9.once cooled,cut fudge into desire shapes using sharp with wet knife.
